Therefore, all of the most venerable and most rewarding deeds were the establishment of institutions concerned with the teaching of Sharia sciences and the jurisprudence of young people and the preparation of preachers to God Almighty, so that they would be a guiding light in spreading the virtue that Islam carries and calls for, and hence the trend was to establish the College of Sharia at the University of Aleppo in the liberated areas, To be concerned with the teaching of forensic sciences and the preparation of specialized preachers.
التعريف:
الحمد لله رب العالمين، وأفضل الصلاة وأتمّ التسليم على نبينا محمد وآله وصحبه أجمعين.
أما بعد:
فقد ندب الحق جلّ في علاه إلى العلم وسلوك طريقه، وفضَّل أهله ورفع قدرهم، قال سبحانه وتعالى: ﴿قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُونَ وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ إِنَّمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ﴾ [الزمر:9].
والعلم سبيل السعادة في الدنيا والآخرة، وإن الله وملائكته وأهل السموات والأرضين وحتى النملة وحتى الحوت ليصلّون على معلم الناس الخيرَ كما أخبر إمام المعلمين نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم.
لذلك كلّه كان من أبرّ الأعمال وأجلّها نفعاً إنشاءُ المؤسسات التي تُعنى بتدريس العلوم الشرعية وتفقيه الناشئة وإعداد الدعاة إلى الله تعالى، ليكونوا نبراسَ هدايةٍ في نشر الفضيلة التي يحملها الإسلام ويدعو لها، ومن هنا كان التوجه إلى إنشاء كلية الشريعة في جامعة حلب في المناطق المحررة، لتُعنى بتدريس العلوم الشرعية وإعداد الدعاة المتخصصين.
The mission of the college is to provide academic research educational programs in the field of all forensic sciences, governed by international standards to prepare a graduate capable of creativity, meeting the needs of society and contributing to its development, building its culture and advancing it.
The College of Education in the liberated areas is an educational institution that aims to develop and advance university education, and to prepare and qualify educational and educational cadres to contribute to the advancement of society, within the framework of the demands of the age and its local and national variables.
The general goals of the college:
- a . Preparing graduates in an integrated and balanced way, intellectually, psychologically and spiritually, through the forensic sciences that the college provides them with in their academic years.
- B. Adopting the moderate Islamic curriculum in teaching away from excess and negligence.
- - Mastering the science of faith based on the approach of the Sunnis and the community, and standing on the various currents in the section on beliefs with the mechanism of responding to the false beliefs of them.
- - Fluency in the Noble Qur’an reading and recitation, with familiarity with something of the science of recitation.
- - Standing on the basics of the science of interpretation and the curricula of exegetes.
- Memorizing a quantity of the Holy Qur’an by heart.
- - Mastering the graduation of the prophetic hadith and the mechanism of judging the hadith, and the curricula of critics in the sciences of hadith as narration and knowledge
- Proficiency in the sciences of the Arabic language in grammar, morphology and rhetoric.
- - Mastering the science of jurisprudence as a machine for interpreting and deriving legal texts from it.
