Prof. Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Daghim, President of the University of Aleppo in the liberated areas, and Dr. Huda Al-Absi, Minister of Education in the Syrian Interim Government, signed a scientific cooperation protocol between the University of Aleppo in the liberated areas and the Turkish University of Kutahya Dumlupinar
The protocol, which was signed today with Kutahya Dumlupinar University at its headquarters in Turkey, provided for the exchange of scientific experiences and enabling students of Aleppo University in the liberated areas to use the laboratories of Kutahya University for scientific research purposes, in addition to accepting the first students in the disciplines at Kutahya University, which exceed 40 Specialized at the postgraduate level, which qualifies the students of Aleppo University to obtain internationally recognized doctoral and master’s degrees
The visits of faculty members will also be exchanged between the two universities, and some scientific programs in the Arabic language will be opened at Kutahya Dumlupinar University
At the end of the meeting, the President of the University of Kutahya expressed his admiration for the University of Aleppo, and in turn, Prof. Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Daghim invited the President of the University of Kutahya, who accepted it and will set its date later
It is noteworthy that the University of Aleppo had previously signed a cooperation protocol with Mardin University, scientific bodies and local organizations, as part of the university’s presidency’s endeavors to link it with international universities and local community organizations
